Reservation & Payment

After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation showing the payment deadlines.
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days after booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival.
For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival, the payment terms stated on the reservation confirmation apply.
Payment by debit or credit card is not possible at the campsite.

Camping Pitches

A maximum of 6 people may use one camping pitch.
In addition to your camping equipment, one small extra tent may be placed at no additional cost.

Accommodations

The accommodations are suitable for the stated number of guests and pets.
It is not possible to place an additional tent next to the accommodations.

Waste

Waste may be disposed of in the designated bins: at the top behind the sanitary building, and at the bottom next to the campsite entrance (under the canopy).
We kindly ask you to separate your waste properly. Separate bins are provided for glass, plastic, metal, paper, and residual waste.
Please ensure that no waste is left behind in your accommodation or on your pitch upon departure.

Pets

Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash at all times and are not walked on the campsite grounds.

Parking

Please park your car in the area designated by us, usually on the field near your camping equipment.
If the ground is too wet, we may ask you not to park your car on the grass of your camping pitch.

Use of Air Conditioning

You will notice how quiet it is at the campsite. The use of air-conditioning systems can quickly cause disturbance.
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere and out of consideration for other guests, the use of air-conditioning units is not allowed.

Sanitary Facilities

To use the showers, you must purchase a shower token at the reception.
The cost of a 5-minute shower is €1.00.
Please leave the shower and toilet areas clean after use. Floor squeegees and toilet brushes are provided.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Motorized traffic is not permitted during these hours.
If you return after 10:00 p.m., you may park your car near the campsite entrance.

Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 1 month before arrival: 25% of the agreed price.

  • Within 1 month before arrival: 75% of the agreed price.

  • Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed price.

We always recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
